Case Study - Harpers
Problem
Harpers needed to increase footfall and generate leads for their membership teams to follow up.
They wanted the offering to be exciting and interesting to create a buzz and make members of the public approach their team and not the other way around.
Ultimately they wanted to increase the number of leads – after all it's a numbers game!
Solution
Bi monthly campaigns were created to make Harpers teams ‘unmissable’.
We used various themed fancy dress costumes. For Easter sales teams dressed as bunnies clad in t-shirts carrying the campaign slogan – mini eggs were given out with guest passes.
To ensure the teams bought into the campaign a competition was run for the most entertaining and uncompromising photo along with the highest results.
Results
400 extra leads per day over and above the normal level of lead generation.
