Case study- Village Hotels
Problem
Village Hotels & Leisure were looking for a gift to reward members and encourage them to refer their friends whilst increasing their overall experience and sense of belonging. They wanted to offer something to tie in with the brand and its new image rather than just offering the same old gift vouchers or household appliances. The gift needed to be branded and be able to be a reward at the point of sale maximising its impact.
Solution
P81 designed a fully bespoke rucksack in 2 colour ways to appeal to all, the design was adapted to ensure functionality and had many unique, quirky features.
Result
The bags created a real buzz amongst members. The only way to get one was to refer a friend – as a result the number of new members received through the referral programme made it a very worthwhile campaign which we are looking at extending!
