Case Study - Total Fitness
Problem
Total Fitness were looking for a starter pack to help increase secondary spend and generate extra income. They wanted a starter pack that had a high perceived value of better or equivalent quality to the high street brands and with all the components to help maximise the members experience.
Solution
We designed two bespoke packs specifically for male and female members. The packs included top end microfibre holdalls with various pockets and accessories designed for the requirements of the regular gym goer. The pack also contained a workout towel, drinks bottle, key padlock, silicone wristband (for your locker key) and a swimming hat. Everything you would need to get started!
Result
The packs were sold mainly to new members, TF found that over 25% of new members purchased a pack at point of sale, significantly adding revenue whilst also increasing the members sense of belonging.
